The soiled side can take a stronger formulation. The clean side should use a product certified as textile-safe and residue-free. Post the correct formulation on a sign in each room.

Log date, time, zone or vehicle registration, chemical and dilution, operator and verifier, filed alongside your quality system documents so they can be produced immediately at audit.
Step 7: Measure at the far end, not inside your own plant
Ask clients to sample linen at point of use periodically. That is where the verdict is actually made, and good results from the far end are the strongest evidence you can bring to a contract renewal.
