Tienchai and his wife love dogs. They've owned two golden retrievers, Mochi and Mascha, since before their son Oat was born.
"Our home was full of joy—the dogs were like big brothers to Oat," Tienchai says. "Until Oat turned 5 and started waking up with a stuffy nose, itchy eyes, sneezing fits, then wheezing like an asthmatic."
The pediatrician confirmed Oat was allergic to dog saliva proteins and dander. The recommendation: "Rehome the dogs or aggressively reduce allergens in the house."
The family chose not to part with their pets—and invested heavily in cleaning. Two premium cordless vacuums (~40,000 baht total), daily vacuuming. Fur still covered the sofa, rugs were still dusty, Oat still sneezed.
Tienchai called WHD Vacuum Service on a friend's recommendation. The team treated a 3-seat sofa + 2 rugs + king mattress in 3 hours.
After service one, the team weighed extracted fur and dust: over 700 grams—from "clean-looking" furniture.
Two weeks later, Oat's morning sneezing stopped. No more wheezing. The family signed up for an 8-week recurring service.
"Mochi and Mascha are our family. WHD let our son live safely with his brothers. Thank you." — Tienchai
